Course Description

Project Organization and Management. Project planning and control using the critical path method (CPM). Project Scheduling (GANTT). Uncertainty in duration estimates (PERT), critical path, stochastic analysis, cost planning. Executing, monitoring and controlling projects. Time and cost control of projects (schedule compression), planning under restrictions – resource allocation, network adjustment. Quality and risk management. Dissemination management planning.
