Course Description

Modeling/simulation, dynamic behavior and control of isolated and hybrid electric motor systems consisting of wind turbine(s), small hydroelectric unit(s), genset(s) and other units for power production in stand-alone or grid-connected mode. Use of special software packages. Stability and safe operation of these systems.
