Course Description

The course examines the basic principles that govern modern thought and practice in marketing, as they are expressed through the understanding, creation, assistance, and delivery of superior value and customer loyalty to an organization. In particular, the course is aimed at:

  1. Understanding marketing and the marketing process, which explores the role of marketing in changing worlds, the relationship between marketing and strategic planning, and the marketing environment.
  2. Development of opportunity and strategic marketing, which examines the information marketing system, the behavior of consumers and businesses, and the process of targeted marketing.
  3. Development of the marketing mix, where the strategies at the disposal of the organization, as much as the product, the pricing, the delivery calibers, and the budget, are analyzed.
