Symmetrical components and equivalent circuits. Symmetrical and asymmetrical fault analysis. Overvoltages. Fault currents and fault level calculations. Short-circuit analysis techniques with international standards. Transient analysis of power lines. Energization and re-energization of power lines. Transient voltage recovery calculations. Lightning surges in power lines. Short-circuit and electromagnetic transient simulations.
