Post-Doctoral Studies<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>The ECE Department of DUTH provides researchers with the opportunity to conduct postdoctoral research in the research fields supported by the Department, in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n
Key objectives of the postdoctoral research programme at the ECE Department of DUTH are the following:<\/p>\n
\n- Conduct high-quality scientific research<\/li>\n
- Develop of new research fields in the Department, which are related to the scientific field of the post-doctoral researchers\u2019 doctoral dissertation<\/li>\n
- Complement the research needs of the Department<\/li>\n
- Analyse and solve special research problems that are interesting for the Department<\/li>\n
- Extend the results of the researchers\u2019 doctoral dissertation in new scientific directions that are of interest to the Department<\/li>\n
- Know-how transfer<\/li>\n
- Encourage scientists to contribute to the advancement of science and the development of research and applications<\/li>\n
- Promote the quality and the academic prestige of the Department\u2019s research output, as well as its international distinction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
